Subscription & Activation
Subscriptions are activated within 5 minutes to 1 hour of payment confirmation. Account credentials will be sent to your registered email or via WhatsApp (0637750543). One subscription is valid for the number of connections purchased only.
Service Usage & Stability
While we guarantee 99.9% uptime, occasional maintenance may occur. Users must have a minimum internet speed of 25Mbps for 4K/8K content. We are not responsible for local ISP issues or hardware incompatibility.
Refund Policy
We offer a 07-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, contact Rafye81@gmail.com for a full refund. Note that refunds are not applicable if the account is banned for re-streaming or sharing credentials.
Prohibited Actions
Users are strictly prohibited from re-streaming, capturing, or redistributing content. Any attempt to "restream" our 50Gbps CDN capacity will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
